Up to ten dreams per employee, collected on paper. Three weeks later, all of them are living inside one illustrated world.

Overview

PayPal's HR and employee welfare department wanted to open the year with something personal instead of branded merch. Every employee wrote down up to ten dreams for the year ahead, picked their favorite colors, and sent in a photo. Our job was to turn a stack of paper forms into a single illustrated world where every dream is findable — not a collage of separate wishes, but one place.

About the Client

Timeline

We developed the concept, then spent the real work on composition — figuring out how thousands of individual dreams could share one landscape without turning into noise. Paris sits next to Fuji, a waterfall runs into a city block, and each person's dream holds its own spot. Illustration by Jean , print production by the Dreame team.
